In these many threads, the moderators have never acknowledged the request for the Notes section to return, yet they do acknowledge many other issues. I can't even imagine how much money was spent to give us the new Wish List version. While I have no issue with how it looks, it is the lack of Notes section, and functionality that warrants all the complaints.

So bottom line  - they will not acknowledge and  are just waiting for all of us to cease and  go away. They spent probably far too much money for this version they gave us, and thus aren't going to give us the Notes back.

As I said - the Wish List has been rendered useless.

I agree with all of you, your right, the Q hasn’t said anything about our thread!!! They could have spent the money on something else instead of messing up with our little boxes

I just sent "feedback" on the Wish List issue. No, I don't really expect QVC to say, "wow, we should fix this problem for our customers ASAP." I think it is odd that this NEW wish list has each item in a huge box with blank white space but it can't be used for notes. Oh, well, I will maintain my own wish list to record items (no pictures, boo hoo) prices, colors, etc. and keep it in the drawer under my desktop. QVC, for me, is definitely a love/hate relationship these days. Their un-acknowledgement speaks volumes about their level of customer care. The silver lining, as some have mentioned, is that we may save money by shopping less.

@laluzdelmundo...I agree and am  angry that QVC took the comments box away....how are we to keep track of size, color, fit, etc....it was to their (QVC) advantage that their customer is able to keep track of what they want to purchase!!!

I wonder what the intent was when the comment box was included originally.....and then WHY take it off?  Did they not SEE that it was being used?

I also find it very interesting that the moderators comment on all sorts of things, but not one word (that I ever saw) about the comment box and there were a lot of angry customers ad many comments.

Agree with so many comments here.  The notes are a great shopping tool for planning and being an educated consumer.

I opened a chat conversation today for the sole purpose of asking the customer service rep to pass along my comments about wanting the notes section back in the wishlist to their programming / IT department.

I don't know that it will help, but couldn't hurt to use another avenue of communication.
