Wish Q would stop using UPS Mail Innovations

or at least give me the option of using a different carrier. Have had horrible experiences with stuff getting lost and/or damaged. I would gladly pay higher shipping fee but they don't usually give you a choice. Won't be purchasing as often as I used to because of this as am tired of dealing with missing mail with this unreliable carrier.

I am so sorry. I like UPS and never had a problem with them but it has been years since I received any UPS from QVC. Mine are coming rag-tag and taking weeks to do so via USPS.

Don't we all! Mail Innovations is the worst and like you, I'd prefer to pay more to have the ability to choose a much more reliable carrier.

The USPS is in dire straits these days and according to the Postmaster General it's only gonna get worse and more expensive.

That UPS hand-off to USPS is ridiculous!

I'm ordering more from Amazon these days, at least their delivery is much more reliable than that shoddy 'service' and I use the term 'service' very loosely when it comes to QVC's delivery/returns by Mail Innovations.

BUT, as usual you get what you pay for and QVC has decided to go the cheapest route possible and we have no choice.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I love UPS. My packages are usually delivery within 3 days from QVC.

I have NO complaints ever about regular UPS and USPS shipping. Both have been very fast. It's when they use the Mail Innovations that it takes forever--if you get it at all!

The thing is, I don't see how they save money using it in the long run if they have to send out replacements and refunds for lost merchandise.

I think the government has a deal with UPS. We are funding them both, sotospeak. UPS makes money. USPS is losing money so we pay UPS to hand off to them and we pay USPS because they are losing money and it's a lose-lose situation for the taxpayer.

For some reason it is way worse with QVC , they let orders sit for 3 days or more before even shipping them out , i got an order from ulta through mail innovations in 4 days.

The Post Office told me QVC uses the cheapest way at a much lower price than we could hope to pay. SoI doubt they will make any changes. My questions is what Happens to all the money we pay for shipping?

Occasionally I order from HSN all of my orders have been delivered by UPS within a few days and I'm a long way from Florida !!!

This is just my 2 cents...Maybe QVC could look into FedEx. I buy my pet food from both Walmart and Chewy. Both companies use FedEx, and I rarely have a problem. I only had a problem twice when the packages came damaged, but both Walmart and Chewy refunded my money when I contacted them.

I also like UPS, as I rarely have a problem with them. However, they are a bit higher in shipping rates. Both companies are quick shippers. USPS takes forever and a day.
