Why the same TSVs?

I thought the Today's Special Values were supposed to be something new and yet I have seen at least three items that were TSVs recently. Aren't there any new products that can be featured?

TSVs are not necessarily a new item. They can offer any item in their inventory as a TSV. Today everything is clearance items.

@QVCkitty1One guess is as good as another, and I am not watching any clothing shows so I have no real info, but it's also possible Lori's manufacturer had space open to produce another 5000+ of the TSV and they thought they could sell them.

Did they sell some, many, most? That would be the only way to know if the risk had rewards for the companies and the consumers.

Jill stated during a show on Monday that they were having two days of fashion clearance. The TSV's for Monday and Tuesday were previous TSV's that were on clearance. Thus, they stayed within the parameters of only showing clearance items for the 3rd and 4th.

QVC used to proudly brag that they never repeated TSVs. Now they've become a big boring yawn.

I get that some of the items the feature for TSVs will sell hundreds of thousands, and bringing them back is both welcomed by the customers and smart for QVC's bottom line.

But.....

Could they please let at least 6 months or a year go by before repeats?

Or...could you bring it back as a one time only, and still give us a new and fresh TSV that day?

And please don't think you are exciting us when you simply change the color, or add a few new features to a My Pillow, or a Dyson, then run TSVs 5 times a year, on essentially the same product.
