Why no coupons from QVC?

I just used a 20.00 coupon on HSN, and I've heard that every first of the month HSN gives a coupon to card holders, I don't know if thats true, but what I know is that an item that was 39.99 excluding S&H and taxes,with the 20.00 only came up to 27.50, and for me thats a bargain. Take example QVC!
