I have spectrum and have all 3 Q channels.  1 and 3 are HD, 2 is not, even though 3 is on a lower channel.  It puzzles me, 2 is definitely fuzzier and the picture is smaller.

I get QVC in HD over the air using an interior antenna.

@watchado33 ...................The Q has been on HD for a few years now.  Most likely the problem is on your end.

OK!   I took your advise on this and did a test.  I have realized now that I watch QVC in my "local" channels via antenna.   

I downloaded the "APP" on my TV and yes!  It is HD bright and colorful and I've been missing out on this for the whole time.  LOL

Thanks for the heads up on the fact that you all get it in HD and made me try alternatives...yay!!
