Why did you change how the search works in the app? I can no longer save more than 4 searches before they are deleted. The searches I used previously no longer work. For example I used to put just "belle" and it would bring up the main Kim Gravel site. Now it just brings up some items with no title or main page at the top. You now have to enter "Belle by Kim Gravel Fashions"! Then after all that, the search will auto delete. I hate it! Why did you change this to make it MORE difficult? It is terrible! I need to stop spending so much anyway. This will help.

None of us is likely to know the answer to your question, but I have 2 guesses!  One is that the app designers have statistics that show the older searches lead to fewer sales.  That leads me to me second guess:  If it's true that the old searches generate fewer sales, it's not worth QVC paying for whatever it costs them to save those old searches.

I know myself that now that I'm saving the most money by limiting what I buy, if I don't like something well enough to buy it within the same day or maybe the next day, I declutter my list.   I already have more than I need.  There ought to be a savers' club, but I can't imagine a retailer running one!
