...and everything else in a middle of the page in a single column until you scroll down to the "Gifts" just above "Blogs & Forums"? This occurs for me at least once a week, and when it does occur, it continues for hours although I close out of QVC and reenter the url repeatedly! Pease correct this. TIA.

I think it's because the page doesn't load properly. I simply refrsh the page and usually that fixes the problem.

I've never seen the display look the way you describe, @Lovethesea. Rather than the URL, I usually enter with a bookmark to the forum I read the most. However, the URL for the general forum list is http://community.qvc.com/t5/Forums/ct-p/forums and the one for Blogs & Forums is http://community.qvc.com/.
It sounds like a browser issue -- which browser are you using, and what version? I normally use either Firefox (current version is 42.0) or Chrome (current version is 46.0.2490.80). You also might need to clear cookies/cache since there might be some corruption there.
I'm sorry you're having problems -- I know it's frustrating.

It sounds like a browser issue -- which browser are you using, and what version? I typically use Safari 5.1.10--I know it is no longer supported but tend to use it because it's convenient. I am posting this reply, however, on Chrome 46.0.2490.80 which I also have downloaded on my dashboard.

But, oh dear, I do think we see the source of the problem. To save time repeating lots of info here, I hope you'll read the thread in Electronics forum:

As you'll see, I've spent quite a lot of time playing around with the current version of Safari (v. 9.0.1) and this website doesn't work well even with the latest software -- so I think you're in trouble using such an old one. You're also missing security updates that would be included in newer browser software.
I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but I think you'll continue to have problems and I recommend Firefox or Chrome if you don't mind making the switch. I'm sorry it's not better news.

@dooBdoo I have read through the "Problem Viewing Items on QVC" thread and will use Chrome from now on, hopefully avoiding the problem that I've had with Safari.
