When is a Bargain not a Bargain

I was very disappointed with the It Cosmetics offer today: 3 eyebrow pencils for $38.24. I am willing to buy two at a time, but I think asking the buyer to purchase three is ludicrous. Eyebrow pencils take forever to use up. For me, it's at least a year. By then I am either tired of the brand or something better has come along that I would like to try. Sometimes the same brand has improved the product and later has a new offer.

I have been waiting for IT Cosmetics to offer their eyebrow pencils because I like them, but today's spiel really turned me off. "Give one to a friend, a relative....,"the hostess says. I have gray hair and no one in my family can wear the same color. Eyebrow pencils are not something you usually gift to someone anyway.

Come on, QVC! Try to keep the "bargains" reasonable.
