What is wrong withthe website....again???

For a company that depends on online selling, this website is the worst!! Why is it that about every week the website is "currently unavailable"?? I have been trying to get into my "orders" page and cannot access it. I keep getting a "currently unavailable" message. I am sure that the Q is losing sales and at the same time, irritating customers. Considering that the Q will be competing big time for buyers dollars this weekend, their website better be running the best it has ever run!!!
