Suggestion Box

I thought since I have been a member that the suggestion box is for suggestions to QVC.  I have seen a couple of posts lately that post have been directed toward posters.

Is it for QVC or posters or both?  Anyone know for a fact?

Edited to add I went to the community guidelines and found that the suggestion forum is for QVC, not suggestions to other posters.

I will not delete this post so if anyone else is/was confused this may be of help.

I agree that the intent of the "Suggestion Box" was for posters to suggest things or changes to QVC that they'd like to see.  I've always thought the benefit was for QVC to improve its customers' experience.

And it's laughable (to me) that on the other thread, the OP asks people to "be kind, please" and it's already turned into a slanging match between posters.

Someone didn't get the message!  (And I don't think the "Suggestion Box" should be used to tell other posters how they should interract on the forums.  It's not supposed to be personal, IMO.)

I agree with you.

There are some posters that can't restrain themselves and feel the need to comment on every single post.  

It would be great to get a response from QVC to suggestions made instead of another poster offering their "all knowing"  opinions.

I've never been to the 'suggestions' forum. Since we've cleared up that it's suggestions to the Q, I wonder how many have been left on this forum, if the Mods read them (or anybody for that matter) and pass them on to whomever, and/or if any have come to fruition - and we just don't know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anybody?

Once or twice, but it's too long ago to recall what and when it was.

@PINKdogWOOD ................I have left a couple one was about the prancing models to either have them stop or slow way down so we could see the item, especially jeans & slacks.  The other one was about their closed caption.

I have not seen a change in either.
