anyone else having trouble checking out on the website?

I get as far as the "submit order" page, click submit order then get a blank page over and over, day after day.

I have had that problem, along with other technical issues on the QVC website recently. I've emailed them and always get a reply telling me there's nothing wrong with the website and to check with my service provider. Really? Verizon has something to do with the one and only website I have a problem with? I don't think so. My biggest problem right now is that I can no longer track my returns. When I try, I get a page saying "QVC.com is currently unavailable". You would think QVC would want to figure out why there are issues with their website, but apparently not. I've tried clearing my cookies, clearing my history, trying another browser, AND using a friend's computer who uses a different service provider and still can't access the page showing the status of my returned items.So I call CS every day and ask them what the status is on any items I've returned.

I can no longer view the product videos. If I can't see a product on air, I don't buy it. You are saving me a LOT of money!
