Website Irritation-What Else Is New?

Why with all of the redesigning of the website can't a simple feature that always worked in the past be integrated into the new? EVERYTIME I want to look at the upcoming shows or look at what has previously been shown, I have to reset the time zone feature from the eastern time zone setting to mine. In the past, the time zone feature remained the same and reflected where I live. Why can't I just be allowed to set a default to the time zone which is correct for me? Other shopping websites seem to be able to be able to remember when I log on. SIGH!
