Many corporations seek to please their customers, and, so before attempting a major change do Beta testing to determine the impact of the changes.  Not so ATT with their mobile phones and changing the format and ad to this is QVC,  If Beta testing was done, I would dearly love to know what market segment they slected for the testing.  These changes are not what I would consider user friendly.

IDK what Beta Testing is but I don't find the forum as awful as some.  It takes getting used to.  I am not posting all day every day so maybe that is why it isn't bothering me, but for those who post frequently, it should come easily... at some point.

In my experience this week, posting is not the problem (except for the 2 extra steps to post an image on a Mac); it's being able to easily find resposes you've made to other posts, sort posts in a way that makes sense, and the essential format of posts (before the original post stayed sticky at the top and new posts were below; now you can only sort old to new or new to old, either of which means you're doing too much scrolling). Also losing sub-forums for brands is a huge loss as it makes the experience unwieldy, cumbersome, and frankly, not much fun.
