.............and why can't it be fixed?? I am THISCLOSE to closing out my accounts and my husband's as well. I can't order from QVC.com and haven't been able to since March; have called about this many times....have cancelled more orders than I have made purchases...it is RIDICULOUS!
I just tried to print a RETURN label for Ryka's that I do not like and I cannot print the label; last night I tried ordering something from the 11:00 AM Denim & Co. show and I kept getting an error message.
I am so fed up. 95% of the time I cannot call and order, so I use the website...and it just has been so problematic.
I love to buy Denim & Co. for my "work wardrobe" but enough is enough.
A company such as QVC should be able to work out their technical issues faster and quicker than this.
When I call customer service, they tell me that they have sent my "issues to their 'I.T.' department or their 'Debit' department; but again, the problems persist.
My buying from QVC is way down from last year...and it will be almost NOTHING as I can't call in to make my purchases.
I took a survey awhile back about my spending habits and purchasing from QVC and I guess they don't read them or take anything to heart..
So sad...I used to love my Q.
Now...not so much.
