Twice today I have added items to my cart and by the time I went to checkout O couldn't click Place Order. If I did it ciclred back to Checkout and back and forth - both items sold out in the meantime. Called Customer Service but they offered no advice. What is wrong with this website?????

I tried to put an from into my cart and could not, as went to Wish List. I tried two times and gave up. I went back to try an hour later and it also was sold out. There have a number of various complaints about Web Site problems.

What is going on with this new ordering system, its stinks!
For 3 days I have been trying to order items and all I get is a thingy going round and round...
It doesn't let me check out/
I gave up and gave my business to other online sites.
I mean Q has to get it together, its going from bad to worse with ordering....

I think @Kachina624 meant you can call to place your order. All you would need to do is have the item number. OR you can use automated ordering.

Yes, great idea, however if a popular item, it sells out while on hold!!

If an item is very popular, the website cannot update the availability quickly enough.
Therefore, the item will show available but the order will not go through because technically the inventory has already sold out.
This happened a LOT on the FFAny shoes night!
Don't give up, keep trying--you may get it to go through if others online do not complete the order or if they cancel (or try later and perhaps get on Waitlist).
