Volume differences

Many times the volume levels of the host and guest are not matched. Sometimes both are extremely soft, other times one or the other is impossible to hear. It is almost as if they are not on. This is a problem, especially if they are giving facts about an item that we would like to know. Many times I go to the computer for dimensions and details since they could not be heard. Thanks for listening.
