I would like to suggest that Vionic give some thought to slightly narrowing the footbed of their mule styles, or shortening the velcro-adjustable straps, or both. I love Vionics, but I cannot wear any of the mules styles - I've tried 3 of them at least and none of them stay on my feet no matter how I adjust them.

I do not have narrow feet. On the contrary, I'd describe them as medium to slightly wide. My feet slide all over the place in the Medium mules, and trying to tighten the velcro adjustments doesn't help at all. I either have to shuffle like I'm wearing too-large bedroom slippers (not a good presentation in the workplace), or I just walk out of them. I have also tried sizing down, and that was definitely too small, with painfully bumped toes.

I know I'm not the only customer who has this issue, I've seen it mentioned on the forums before. I'd even be willing to try a Narrow, if you made them in mules.

I find Vionic shoes fit very poorly. I have a medium foot and they're very wide on me. If I order my proper size, the arch support falls in the wrong place. If there's an open toe, I order down a size, but a closed toe shoe will be too short. As a result I have moved on to Alegria shoes where I have no problem, get more support and find the shoes are much better quality.

I am fine in fit, support and comfort in Vionic closed shoes. Their mules and flip-flops seem to have a wider footbed and/or too much room to rattle around in as far as the top of the shoe.

Alegria rocker bottom shoes were a disaster for me. They caused me to have a permanent degenerative condition that I have been told is pretty much inoperable. Google Skechers Go Walk + Achilles. Alegria used to sell only that type of sole on their shoes. I think they have other soles now. They won't do what they did to me to everyone of course, but it should be a consideration people should be aware of. I had no idea until it was too late. I loved my Alegrias while I wore them.
