Videos That Don't Load Up

What is up with some of your products that advertise a video, you go to the video, some products show a video and some product videos for some reason don't load?

Anytime I go to a product video presentation it's a hit or miss if I will actually see the video of it.

If your showing the product has a video presentation, then make sure the video presentation loads up and WORKS or just remove the video option.
