Updated “Just missed it”

Is anyone bothered when the "Just missed it" red bar pops up on almost everything you search? Please Q work on this!

@TXlib. There has been endless comment here about the problem. It's been reported but continues, unrepaired.

QVC has become its own worst enemy.

 

I called automated ordering on one of those "just missed it" items to see if it was truly sold out in my selection.  It didn't even get that far.  The first prompt after pressing the item number was "This item is not available to order via automated ordering."  So that means the only way to find out about what I wanted was to call customer service, which by that time I wasn't willing to do.  Forget it.

 

How are they going to get more customers and retain the loyal ones they still have managed to keep if they can't get their inventory updated properly?  This is confusing and irritating to long time Q shoppers, I can't imagine what someone new would think.

 

They keep painting the shutters on the house with a crumbling foundation.

This happens all of the time and is extremely frustrating.  What is the point of shopping on your site if the inventory is not correct.

I have given up shopping here becaue it's soooo annoying! Follow HSN procedures- They don't have this!

@TXlib  -  I used to shop the "As Is" products on free shipping days, but no longer.  Last time I did it, everything I wanted was the "just missed it" problem.  It was a big waste of time.

I think I've almost given up on the AS IS

pricing on Q.

Seems that no matter WHAT I put in my cart, when I go to check out - I get the "Just Missed it" red banner

emblazened acros the page.

 

I think I'm done with this nonesense.

It has wasted a lot of time for me lately.

And it seems, by the PLETHORA of posts about this

exact same problem...it isn't getting fixed 

anytime soon.
