That's not an opinion the OP is stating in her first post, it's an accusation of deliberate fraud on the part of QVC.

 

An opinion would be that she's not happy with the shipping cost or process.  Accusing QVC of fraud is a whole different (libelous) matter.

Im not looking for a definition of scam. I'm looking for the clarification on what overt criminal act has QVC engaged. What act on their part was fraudulent or deceptive?

 

Did they somehow not make you aware of the shipping cost per item prior to placing the order?  It seems as if you received what you ordered. 

You contracted with QVC to receive three items. The cost per item was explained. The cost for shipping each item was explained. You received what you purchased. QVC fulfilled their contract.

Where is the scam? Where's the deception? You may not agree with their business model concerning the shipping fees, but there is nothing deceptive about it.
