Unable to Print Return Labels

I have been experiencing problems trying to print return labels from the QVC Web site. I spoke to three people in customer service and was informed that there is no technical support for the web site. When QVC tried to e-mail a return label the file they sent could not be opened. Is anyone else having this problem? I find it hard to believe that the web site has no support tream.....!!!!!!!!!
