""Hosts are a bit loud and frenetic. . ."" That describes more hosts from QVC than HSN.

I have never found their clothing to be my taste, but, it's rare that I shop on line for clothing, I really need to try on, LOL, I seem to be both a bit hippier and bustier, than is typical for my size range, and I Hate returning.

Their Host's are OK, but, I definitely wouldn't say they're more stylish.

As for shipping, when I do shop on line, it's usually just one item, so, I rarely get any great deals, and my experience has been shipping is about the same for QVC and HSN.

I'll bet HSN would appreciate the praise, though. You should let them know, if you haven't, that you're a happy customer.

I love HSN....been shopping with them for decades...probably a little longer than I've been with QVC. I have to agree their clothing lines are less desirable to me than they used to be but that's ok, there's plenty of other places I can buy my clothes at. Their hosts are DEFINATELY MORE professional than QVC'S are....they don't 'run over' the vendors or testimonial callers like the Q's do....they don't try to imply your an idiot just buying junk if you buy something from anyplace but the Q like the QVC show hosts do!!!!! I don't see where their sets, etc. look like a poor man's QVC...but then I shop for a product, not the building's asthetics (sorry, spelled wrong I'm sure). I'd rather the price of something be for the product, not because they present it using a pretty light or place it on a pretty table when the table has absolutely nothing to do with the product and can't even be purchased. Nope...there's not a darn thing wrong with HSN!

I used to buy a lot of DG2 jeans, etc. from HSN, but when Diane Gilman's garments started having huge sizing issues, chemical smells, etc. (documented in 100's of reviews), I could no longer buy her things. They used to have a clothing line called "City Hearts" and I have two 3-piece outfits-sweatshirt type material, anorak style jackets, pants, and tee, jacket is reversible from solid to print and has a hood-I LOVE these. They had one more color and I wish I had bought it, but they no longer have City Hearts. Now I occasionally buy a pair of shoes or boots, but most of their fashions don't appeal to me.

unfortunately HSN wants people to buy from them BUT they do not want your opinion on there community forums.

Their motto is buy with us but keep your opinions to yourself. I for one do not do business with anyone that has as much censorship and control as they do over what is said by people.

Don't worry, be Happy!

since I'm quitting QVC because of thr dismal S/H and CS, I will try them. they have very beautiful handbags, especially the handpainted ones and others. Much more uniqye styles. Dooney and Oryany, as well as jewelry, I can get much cheaper on EBay, I get the best CS and free shipping on Amazon. That is free 2 day shipping, even on furniture, yard tools....I found Last Call thanks to uou guys. they have super discounts on quality items. on the Dooney website I get the same prices with many more styles and colors. I'm stayin on the q in name only to keep coming here for advice and recommendations. Thanks.

I find HSN lines too over the top for my liking. Far too much flash and bling.
