Trouble ordering online

Is everybody having trouble ordering online? Every time I try to place an order it says "QVC.com is not available at this time." It's been happening for over a week. I called customer service and all they said was they would pass it along.

Have you tried using another browser? For instance, if you were in Firefox and had the problem, did you try going to the QVC site through Chrome?

I also cannot view the video presentation on my computer. Anyone else with this problem?

this has now happened to me today all day long called and they were no help they sid maybe they are working on site but don't know for sure ????? i use MRRebates and i do not want to lose 5% back when i am spending a lot on an item. i tried changing everything i could think of.I am flustered and aggravated that they don't even know what is happening with their own site
