Tracking Returns

QVC we have to pay return shipping charges so we should be able to get, current tracking information when we click on return and check the status! I am accustomed to getting a service when I pay for it.

I can find out when the return has been processed, but never know where the package is until you refund it!

Please make the tracking status available in route.
