UPS and FedEx have been experiencing weather delays. It's possible that goods not only are not getting out, but merchandise may not be getting in. If your needs are so urgent, perhaps you should buy locally. I've bought quite a bit since Christmas and haven't had a problem except for some missing tracking. The packages have arrived without tracking.

I'm in CA and never have any problems - either coming or going - it always arrives ahead of schedule and the returns are quite fast - sorry - it must be your area!

Hello Cathy.. My shopping experience has been mostly online now and I have been shopping less and less due to very expensive shipping and handling fee's . Yes, I still shop here but, I am very picky and careful with what I order from QVC. I hope that you find action to this solution that QVC will read your very well written post and find the right solution to this problem. Thanks, our dog Mandy is from Ft. Knox (KY) pound and has only lived there and Ohio so when we moved out here to AZ she didn't like walking on the stones, hence the "nic."

She's getting better and is a Cancer survivor and is at least 14 years old. I can tell by you your signature you are an animal lover. Cool buddy!

I have seen the post office take three or four days before it even notifies the agent -- then 4 more days to make it to Coppell or Copell Texas. From my area this is where returns go to like a clearing house of some kind. Once it goes there-- usually three days before it arrives in PA. I read all the gripes about shipping cost-- I agree-- if I am going to pay fairly high cost-- they should ship back quicker. Not ten days from the time you drop it off. This is what C.S. told me -- They dont return until ten days from shipping date ... I tried paying for my own shipping on returns--- even though the item made it to the QReturn site in a few days. They still would not check it in until 10 days. Oh I would call with my tracking number--- Sometimes C.S. would look on the USPS or UPS site and confirm via my tracking number that it was there and go ahead and start my refund--- but the item would not show returned until day ten..... you could count on it. I noticed that my returns were making better time around the holidays now it is back to SLOW. I took an item to the post office on Monday-- Doesn't show on the Q-site nor on the Post office tracking either. Very Frustrating. I will say CS has always been very helpful.
