Why, why, why even offer tracking on this web if it is Never available or updated?????????
What kind of CS is this?????????
Please either update or remove all together. Doesn't matter if it's mail or UPS it's not here

Can't believe your return labels take forever and a day either.
While I'm at it what's up with all the damaged/used merchandise I've been receiving sense before Christmas?

Have you tried to speak with someone at QVC in CS.. Because starting a thread about this is not going to help you. This has never happened to me .. so, I cannot relate to this. Sorry, this is happening to you and hope it all gets straighten out. Good luck!

Sorry I haven't answered sooner. Yes I'm a long time Q shopper and I have called CS and get many different answers usually blaming the shipping companies for not scanning the packages during transport. This is not always the case as I've looked at UPS and sometimes I can see progress, just not on Q's info.
Also about damaged our used items, CS apologizes but they don't have a solution. I love to order on-line but always do better with purchasing in person however shopping in our small town is limited and our nearest big city is 70 miles away.
My hope with writing here is that someone from Q will see this and take a positive action.
How has your shopping experience been here? Thank you for taking the time to write.

I have never had a problem with tracking packages coming to me.....and I have never tried tracking packages I sent back....
I have only received one damaged item...many years ago...a bead necklace...fashion jewelry...all the beads were floating around in the box...could hear them before I even opened it up....
I have received a few items...clothing...that were returns and then sent to me....you could tell by the way it was packaged...but there was nothing wrong with them and I always wash items before I wear them so I didn't return...
Sorry you are having so much trouble...hope you are able to resolve them....

I have had that problem, too. Either no tracking-or no updates. Items seem to remain in "limbo" for days. Considering what customers pay for their shipping, this should be handled in a much more efficient manner. Don't expect customer service to help-one of them told me they don't have control over what the post office does.

Hello Cathy.. My shopping experience has been mostly online now and I have been shopping less and less due to very expensive shipping and handling fee's . Yes, I still shop here but, I am very picky and careful with what I order from QVC. I hope that you find action to this solution that QVC will read your very well written post and find the right solution to this problem. [I have read that others here have the same problems you do] Good luck to you! And I love your Nickname by the way!

I've heard they recycle numbers, I always wondered it that was the problem. Mostly I have good luck tracking but not always.

Sorry to all the kind posters that answered me
I am not on here every day and it helped to know others were able to track and also some of us could not.
I too am careful as to what I order because I do not like to return anything.

I placed an order for 6 items on January 28, it shipped on January 30 by UPS (it usually takes at least 3 days before it ships, so 2 days was a surprise), and there is still not one thing on the tracking status, and this is February 3. Most of the time if something ships by UPS it gets to me in 2 days, but it ran into a weekend. It will probably be here before there is any tracking information shown.
One thing you may not be aware of -- if you return something using QVC's label, it can sit at the post office for as much as 4 days before it is picked up by the "shipping agent"--that's one of the reasons returns take so long. (I have had my HSN returns get there and get credited to my account in less time than it takes that shipping agent to pick up my items from the post office!)
Another tip -- if you're trying to track a return and there's nothing on QVC's return info: go to the www.usps (post office) website and key in the number from the big barcode on the label you used- it will usually give you the information you are looking for.
And I totally agree with your comment about damaged/used merchandise--that's been happening to me for the last 8 months!![]()
