While I appreciate seeing all the Christmas items in dim light to show the effects of the illumination, I really would like to see the items in “daylight” so to speak so I can clearly see the color and the details in the items.  Thanks.

I absolutely agree and posted about this last year!

You never go into a department store and see the lights dimmed down. This frustrates me no end. It is okay to dim the lights for a minute or two but not for the entire presentation.

I often just change the channel.

@Regal Bee  When I read the OP, I immediately thought "I've read this post before!"

@Pearlee  As a retired Interior Designer, I know the importance of light. It is a deal breaker in any kind of design. Guess this is why I am so sensitive to the subject.

I usually appreciate when they lower the lights for a moment so we can see the true illumination of the decorations,  but they have gone completely overboard today‼️ Nearly entire presentations are being held in the dark.  I couldn’t see half of what they are talking about.  It’s ridiculous.   This current House to Home show with Leah and Valerie is the worse — cannot see what they are picking up and showing‼️

The entire tree presentation was shown in the dark. All you can see are the lights.

So frustrating!Smiley Sad

Sorry to say, I turned it off.....I will do my shopping online with Valerie's shows.

@Regal Bee    Being Jewish, I don't watch the shows at all!  So I have no comment on the lighting issue.
