Tignanello's Terrible Customer Service Reflects on QVC

I own several Tignanello bags and consider them a good combination of quality and value. Unfortunately, I've had my first problem with a purchase, and they are impossible to get a response from. I've had the bag less than three months (and carried it less than one) and would like to discuss their warranty coverage for repair or replacement.

First I tried calling QVC customer service to get contact information. They told me that had none for Tignanello (!). Next, I went to Tignanello's web site and used the "Contact" form to send an email explaining the problem. This was more than two weeks ago. No response. I sent a second email using the same form a week later. Nothing. Several days after that, I contacted, via a form on the same web site, the individual whom they list as the contact for press relations. It appears to be a p.r. agency. Nothing again. I also tried Googling information for the corporation, but the two "phone" numbers I came up with are fax numbers.

I'm shocked that QVC would not have information about one of its key vendors that they could supply customers who need to contact them about a product purchased on QVC.

I'm also immensely frustrated, not to mention disappointed, that Tignanello has such little interest in their customers that multiple efforts have failed to generate a response. I'm beginning to think that the "contact" forms on their site simply fall into a black hole and are there simply for show.

At this point, I have little interest in purchasing Tignanello products in the future, whether from QVC or elsewhere.
