Only three requests:

- more narrow shoes

- more tall pants (or at least 32")

- if I order one size and it doesn't fit I should be able to return it for the size that will fit without paying extra postage and handling.

I would also say it would be nice to know the return fee for items before purchasing, not all are the same. It would help the consumer to decide before hand whether or not an item was worth the chance of buying.

More and more I am appreciating going to a store and having the opportunity to view an item, seeing the actual size and then the fit of a piece of apparel or shoe, and the quality of a product. However this is becoming a thing of the past.

While I do buy from the Q, I also enjoy shopping at stores.  I frequently go to many stores within the week and like the idea of getting out and being among people.  I browse, I talk to others at the stores I am a regular at, I want to socialize and to keep these businesses going.  I'm not saying my personal visits will do that of course but it makes me feel good to support these stores.

I understand the shopping channels benefit those who can't get out or do not have the time.  I am happy those shoppers have the option.  For me though as long as I am able to drive and go to different stores I will do so.  Fortunately I am in an area where there are many malls, small businesses and places to shop.  To be honest it makes me sad when stores have to close, so many have because of online shopping.  We need  both and that is a good thing in my book.

I totally agree on the postage and handling. Yes, QVC, lots of retailers even have FREE shipping, so allowing us to only pay ONE price for a return/exchange would be awesome and encourage more sales. I get it how that could become excessive and problematic, but perhaps you can limit it to only ONE exchange per garment?
