I'm watching QVC now and it is Leah X American Leather, etc. what does the X mean on so many of these presentations?

I believe x can mean by, in this case Leah had a hand in the designing.

I think it means "by"   Leah by American Leather, Studio Park X (by) Jane Treacy etc

I really like Leah's purse by American Leather Co.  It's just a little too big for me.  If it was smaller, I'd buy it for sure.

@San Antonio Gal  These remind me of the GILI handbags Lisa Robertson introduced.  I have two of the GILI ones and they've held up beautifully and the leather is still divine!

"X" = Collaboration; makeup companies have done it for years MACxMadonna, etc. Skechers are now doing it with the Rolling Stones : Skechers x Rolling Stones (the sneakers have their signature Lip/Tongue logo all over as the print).

It's like the multiplication symbol, "1 X 1" = "One by one", etc.
