I ordered a set of 2 battery opp lights and set one up right away but didn't try the other till much later and it didn't work.I was really upset with myself for waiting but called customer service to see if I could return...well they are sending a new set and I didn't have to beg or plead ...just like the old days no problem!I am a very happy shopper again!I used to always tell people to shop Q because they stand behind everything and try hard to keep ya satisfied and it seems THEY ARE BACK.
