Temptations Travel Tumblers

I love Temptations but the Travel Tumblers were the worst purchase I ever made. The silicone tops don't fit properly and contents doesn't stay hot/cold very long. Tara please let me know what your're going to do to make this item better? I really wish QVC would take this back but it's past the 30 days return period. If this was my first Temptations purchase, it would be my last.
