Sandra is a wonderful host and I hope this all settles down. Viewers have given her much support all though some have been rude. She is a valuable employee of the Q and has always been kind to the models and venders. I enjoy watching Sandra plus she is such a attractive host with the cutest smile.

I was looking at some web sites and there is one actually called Po'ed QVC customers and this topic was on there. QVC needs to understand that issues can be discussed outside of this forum in places where they have ZERO control.

Agreed - and the public apology was unnecessary and counter-productive. Some are claiming her apology as a kind of 'victory' and congratulating each other on other websites and blogs. That only encourages further such abusive behavior and worse. Many are demanding Sandra be fired and are threatening to promote a boycott of QVC. I'm sure they are aware of this, but should NOT cave.
Editing the video only implied guilt where there never was any. Bad move!

Agree they should show support for there employees. On sites that they can control the attacking posts on the employees and customers shouldn't be tolerated.

This situation has snow-balled beyond belief! Why do a few viewers (apparently with nothing to do but complain) start trouble, when there's no merit at all. Geez!

Yes, it's being compared to, and celebrated as likened to the downfall of Paula Deen in this spread of antagonist propaganda. Clearly many who are so outraged and threatening to boycott are not QVC viewers or even customers. There was much confusion to the host's actual name, as several others were wrongly accused in comments and on offsite blogs after apparently viewing the video on YT and the hosts' photos here.
This sets a very risky precedent for any host making most any comment if public corporate support is not shown to Sandra Bennett--and the gracious model, Michelle who is likewise being branded a "liar" and worse since Sandra's unnecessary apology on FB.

This is the first I've heard anything about this, but Sandra Bennett is probably my favorite host. She is a LADY. Sweet, lovely, kind and considerate and I hope the Q does something to put a stop to attacks on her and Michelle who is a beautiful model.

I agree. this was an error on the part of the camera person. Camera work has been terrible lately--they are showing the detail on a shirt and the camera is on another model's leggings; David is showing the Temptations in blue and the camera is still showing the red. This wasn't Sandra's fault at all.

I am saddened (and angry) to see that QVC has done nothing. If what I read on the e-media is correct, QVC pulled the original video and replaced it with another, showing the same moodel (Michelle) with her hair straightened. I don't know if this is true as there is now n video at all. Why would QVC do this? Pulling the original - no opportunity for people to judge for themselves. Replacing with the one showing Michelle with straightened hair - where to start??!!!!
As I see it, there are 2 conclusions to reach here:
1. QVCs media people (or those "in charge") are soooo green that they are tripping all over themselves and cannot make a strategic decision, but rather are making matters worse, or
2. (a more suspicious person would think?) that this is all deliberate and may even have been instigated from within QVC. (to what end? Not to increase sales, that it for sure. It may attract more viewers - train crash - but the bottom line is sales, and I cannot see how this would help in that department).
In any event, some of you may think that this is "much ado about nothing", but I am sure Sandra does not see it this way. This kind of sh*t sticks and QVC can do something to help her and instill confidence in their other employees that the company has their backs - not to mention we customers, that QVC is a reputable, respectful and honest corporation!
