Suggestion to resolve problems with bracelet sizing

Today I received bangles from RLM. Very pretty. I have also ordered bracelets from Joan Rivers, Bronzo, and others. The sizing is all over the place. I have had to return some items even though I love them. There has got to be better way.

QVC, here is my suggestion. In addition to the the wrist size, why not also give us the size of the actual bracelet in small, medium and large? If it is a bangle, I'd like to know if it is 9" round or 8" round. The length (if it has a clasp) is not always available. I think this would help us make a better decision - thus less returns. How hard could that be?
