It has come to my attention that my apparel orders are often being shipped in one package. It is a practice I find inconvenient and costly for me. Order consolidation delays shipment on items as much as 10 days after an order is placed. I am forced to make quick decisions about whether to keep items or do a return. I can’t launder or check fit when I receive 5 or 6 items at one time. Its all or nothing on these shipments. The result is I return everything because I don’t want to drag out the decision to return or keep an order that is 3 weeks old before it’s received. My enthusiasm for an item has waned and I’ve likely purchased something else because my orders take too long to arrive.

Your 30 day return clock doesn't start until you receive the item.

I don't understand what earthly difference it makes if you receive two shirts in one package or two.  Before they started consolidating, people complained they were wasting money by not combining.   No matter what they do, someone will complain about it.

I do not mind getting consolidated orders received package with 3 items - only problem I returned one item almost immediately and used the return label and slip - then after 10 days needed to return another item but had no return label - the labels, I understand, are coded for the items inside each parcel so you cannot use another Q label only the one they came with.  We were in middle of monsoon and ha

Sorry my thread continued...  Had no electricity so could not print label.  Maybe if they pack 3 items we should get 3 return labels and slips inside make it easier I think!

I feel exactly the opposite of the OP. I absolutely hate it when Q sends all of my items in individual packages! I sometimes think they might do that in hopes that when people return items, they’ll return each of the packages (paying return postage for each one) and then they’ll make more money. Doesn’t work with me; I simply consolidate my return items in one package myself.

you can always print out a return slip and prepaid label online OR hand write your label and print out a return slip.......or make a full copy of the original return slip and receipt just in case.

i prefer to receive my orders in as few packages as they can. it is more environmentally friendly also.
