I have had no problems with UPS Innovations. I guess it may depend on your zip code. My only issue is with anything coming out of the Ontario, CA warehouse...total nightmare.

@Liberty10  There is clearly a problem with shipping and delivery at QVC. I have a package ordered almost two weeks ago that has never shipped. I contacted the QVC Social Team yesterday and was given an unsatisfactory response. I was told to mail the item back, if I do not want it. How can I mail something back, if QVC has never shipped it? In addition, I never stated I did not want the item; however, the size and color I ordered are no longer available. I was basically told there was nothing they could do. This is really an unsatisfactory response, and absolutely no attempt was madet to solve my problem.
