I am in the minority here, because I do like Mally and I think she is a kind, sweet person. I think she suffers from wanting everyone to like her, so she is loud and tryhing just a bit too hard..

I worked with a girl who was very similar, she wanted everyone to like her and she just went about it the wrong way-being extremely loud and nosey and too in your face. She soon found out.

I think Mally is just trying too hard to be liked and accepted, and if she would just calm down a bit it would work better.....

I enjoyed Mally when she was a vender for her cosmetics. She was loud and enthusiastic but not on that often. Always hinting to the celebrities ? Enjoyed make up tips. Now, I can't tolerate her?

Mally doesn't have to change a thing about her very carefully crafted persona on QVC.  QVC is hemorrhaging cable subscribers, and need to bank on the crucial social media audience/shoppers.  Mally has the largest number of followers on Instagram alone.  

Mally has over 630,000 followers.  That's over 100,000 more than Shawn, David Venable, and Kim Gravel combined.

She may be polarizing, but she apparently has a large number of people who are at least interested in her.

apparently you are in the minority, QVC does not have anyone on who isn't making them a ton of money. So Mally must be very very very popular.

I was sort of haff-listening to a show that Mally was in and she was talking about

the construction of a garment, and it was really interesting and showed she did have experience in design and construction.  She was making very appropriate and useful comments and they were actually much better than the mangled terms and pronunciation that a major seller with the intials of KG often does. 

Mally actually has a lot of useful input and experience, but the theatrics with the presentation are so off-putting, she really doesn't show the best of herself.
