Some of us don't need 8 quart stock pots and similar sized cookware.  I would love to have some reasonably priced 2-3 quart stock pots and 8 or 9 inch every-day pans.  Not everybody has to feed dozens of people.

Excellent suggestion, and since they sell so many tabletop ovens, a nice selection of smaller baking pans would be nice.

I'll go along with this suggestion. Some pressure cookers are humongous now. Like for a buffet place or something. LOL

Furr's by the way now open at 11 instead of 10:30 a.m.

YES, YES, YES!!   I once cooked for 12 every night (and breakfast).  Now I am down to just me most of the time. I would really love some smaller pans - especially a small Copper Chef skillet and a smaller air fryer.  The notion that everyone wants (or needs) giant cookware is way off track for me.

 I'd also like to see some really good cookbooks aimed at a family of 1 or 2.  I've checked on Amaon and the like, but what I see isn't what I want.  Simple menus without tons of sauces on top.  I don't want huge pressusre cookers, crock pots, and the like.  And  YES, Iknow you can cook a small amount in a large pot, but not a large amount in a small pot.

Now that I've thought about it, I think I'll check a local store for some smaller pots this afternoon. Time to pass down some more things.

All-Clad, Le Creuset, and others all make excellent cookware in smaller sizes.  All-Clad has 4 qt soup pots that are excellent!  I have 2 of them.

Le Creuset makes a boatload of small sized cookware--especially the cast iron ones and the bonus is that they aren't as heavy.

Three quart sauciers are excellent for pastas and soups, and some of the smaller pans can double as bakeware for casseroles.

Count me in that request. My most used pans are 8" and 10" everyday pans by Cooks Essentials. Love the small two handles they have. Also fit in my new toaster oven. Why aren't these still made? They sell sets of fry pans, why not sets of saucepans? Sets always include stockpots, I have enough of those. I did pick up a one qt. pan at TJ Maxx this week. Everyday pans would make me happy.

I am a widow and only need the smaller cookware.   I went to Home Goods and put together a small set to suit my needs.   I donated the large set  which was still in great shape.  Stores in this family sell many of the very same brands as the shopping channels.   They also have some excellent prices but you need to buy when you see it.

Before I bought the Copper Chef set with the larger pans which I wanted for their square design mainly. (I do love them)  I bought an 8" round one at Walmart for $14.99. I wanted to check out the finish and I was in need off a small one for eggs etc.

Also Aldi's had a line of small bakeware for $3.99 each. I had to check a couple of thier stores and found a terrific small bundt pan . I was skeptical of whether it would be very good quality , but it was good and had a nice no stick finish!  I want to find the small springform pan they were selling for the same price. When I make a full size cheese cake I am tempted to eat it !Smiley Happy

@excpaI agree and I would imagine there are a lot of downsized households that would be interested in maybe a set of smaller items.

I know HSN for awhile sold a 2 qt. pressure cooker that I was checking out , but then they sold out and I don't think they have restocked it again. I use the little Wolfagang Puck cooker almost daily (makes 2-3 servings)

I would also like to see CE offer smaller pans.  QVC used to sell sets of 2 or 3 saucepans and skillet sets separately. I don't need more large sets of cookware - just the sizes I want.  I would like to see more small size cookware with the 2 side handles that don't stick out very far so I could use them in my Breville oven.  What ever happened to the CE bakeware they used to offer?  It would be nice if they listened to their customers.

@SharkE

I don’t think you can get much smaller than this. I have the four quart version. I would have purchased this one at that time if QVC had it.
