Cancelling an order suggestion

[ Edited ]

I suggest that, when cancelling an advance/waitlist/autoship order, on the page where they ask you to verify, instead of the buttons saying "Confirm changes" or "Cancel", the Cancel button should read something like, "Wait, I've decided to keep this." I'm set to receive two shipments now, on food items, that I'm certain I've cancelled recently, as I'm in the process of moving houses, and have absolutely no place to store them. I'm fairly certain that after clicking on Cancel, the next page came up, and I hurriedly clicked "Cancel" again!

I hope TPTB will take this suggestion under consideration. I've gone thru and cancelled (and double- and triple-checked) all future advance etc. shipments, to avoid the frustration.

"Cancel" should mean "Cancel", not "Cancel the Cancel".

Ok, flame away.

@summerwind

I’ve often thought the same thing.  Every time I cancel something I sort of wonder if I’m canceling the order or canceling the cancel request!

I then go to the order status page afterward to make sure that order has really been canceled.
