Slow Processing! Waiting for shipping...

I'm so frustrated! I ordered my laptop on the 28th of February and it's still "IN PROCESS". After several e-mails with customer servce, I was told it would be shipped out today, and it's 10:04PM and still nothing! The EDD March 12th, but I'm really not sure it will be delivered then, since it hasn't been shipped . Has anyone else had this problem?
