Hey Webbie, Fix this SITE!

It's really not that hard-- my husband does it every day for a company with many more platforms than Q. Fix the dang problems with this site! The various problems are listed here practically daily. I am sick of not being able to log in with my email address; I now have to use the account number and even the CS people apologise saying it's a long documented problem. Why is it that this company can afford Red Carpet events but cannot write code for a computer programme? Seriously, this is a bad reflection on QVC making it look quite inept.
