I think shipping costs are hurting their sales numbers. So many pay the subscription monthly fee at Amazon and get all the free shipping and returns they want. I wish qvc had a monthly shipping fee; I really think it would boost their business.I know that is a whole different ball of wax but I know I hate keeping track of returns and refunds. Just this month I was charged for a label twice on two different returns. I watch my statements closely and have to call c.s. to fix it and they do but it's a pain to keep track of their mistakes in the returns department.
