How many times a day does a person have to sign in? It's gotten worse. I wasn't gone for that long and came back and had to sign in again. And once more after that. Yesterday, same thing. And the pages are still jumping. I have to wait till they simmer down because if I miss because of the jumping, I could end up anywhere.

Hmmm.  Mine stays signed in for at least a couple hours of no activity (I use Chrome).

I think it's a recurring glitch.

I also use Chrome and usually stay signed in for 2-3 hrs but over that past two weeks I'm having to sign in every half hour, sometimes less, even when I don't close the page.

        @Judaline, What device and browser are you using?  I'm using an iMac desktop (OS X 10.11.4) with Firefox (v. 45.0.1) and Chrome (v. 49.0.2623.110), also iPad 3 and iPhone 5 (iOS 9.3).

         I sign in once and remain signed in for hours, sometimes all day.

        (On the iPad or iPhone, it signs me out if I close the mobile Safari in the the background.)  If for some reason the login session does time out, I have the sign-in info saved so it autofills it for me and I don't have to type it in each time.

        I do see the "jumping" on my iPad and iPhone but not on the Mac since I use browser addons/extensions.  It's caused by those banners at the top of the page, and at this point after all the complaints I don't think QVC is going to fix that.

        IE might be your problem, @KingstonsMom.  IE and Safari (the Safari used on computers, not the mobile Safari) are the two worst performers on the Q's website.  (I don't see IE getting better since it's being phased out and support isn't good, and the newer Microsoft Edge isn't officially supported by this site yet.)   Firefox and Chrome are the least problematic.

@dooBdoo

Thanks for the info, I guess I'll have to use Chrome from now on.

BTW, I've always loved your nic!

      You're welcome!  I hope Chrome works better for you.  Nothing works really well on this archaic website... Smiley

Thanks for the nic comment, @KingstonsMom!Heart

I usually log in once.  I can go do something for a couple hours and I'm still logged in.

I use Chrome and I usually only sign in once or twice a day. I tend to leave the forums up in the background and check in periodically instead of logging out or closing the browser.
