I don't want to put any one out of a job, but the S&H is crazy, I counted up over a year of shopping with the Q and my total on returns only was over $400.00.

I agree, I have cut back ALOT because of shipping. I believe that it's simply a way for them to make more money and they are capitalizing on it.

Perhaps the $3-$5 S&H charges offered to us the end of March was a marketing ploy to see if sales skyrocketed. If so, can WE expect a decline in shipping charges?

The shipping rates are out of control. They cause me to cancel an order when I see certain shipping fees. The rule that you only get reduced shipping if it is a duplicate item and it must be on the same order is ridiculous. if you order more than one item from a particular vendor you should be discounted on shipping on all orders for that day. In fact, most sites, other than QVC, offer free shipping if you reach a certain amount no matter what you order. I find it amusing when an item is $29.99 and the host claims the item is "less than $30.00". One cent less? What about shipping? Mary Beth seems to understand we are not idiots and includes shipping cost when she figures the easy pay option. Where is their consideration for the customer? They are making $ head over heals, and we are foolish to keep buying from QVC if they do not make a change in their shipping costs and rules.

Thank you thank you thank you for starting this!!! I love QVC but sometime shy away from purchasing due to shipping costs. Almost every website gives free shipping of purchases over 50 dollars.. And HSN is much more reasonable when it comes to shipping.. QVC- please! Ease up on the shipping cost..I think a good place to start would be to have all TSVs to have no shipping and handling cost!!

I too have started to back away from purchasing due to the high cost of shipping. I frequently check with Amazon before purchasing now and while Amazon may be initially higher, the Q almost always ends up higher with the tax and shipping. As a prime member at Amazon, I know the item will be there in two days - not 7-10. I remember when we ordered a piece of jewelry and shipping was AT MOST $2.97. Those days are gone, but really, $6 for shipping a ring? Also check on Philosophy's website - they frequently offer nice deals of 20-30% off their products making them cheaper than the Q. Come on Q, you can do better. In the meantime, I'll keep checking out Amazon.

I agree. I have cut way down on my shopping with QVC due to the cost of the shipping and handling. It is crazy what they are charging. Even when the say shipping reduced to $3.00 to $5.00 it is still too much. It bothers me they charge shipping on each item but then turn around and send the order in one box. I feel they should set a free shipping on all orders $25.00 and over like most of the Beauty websites do.
