If this is the OP's first post, how on earth would they know or be aware that this has been discussed frequently?

They are free to post and express an opinion, as are we all.

How can they "beat a dead horse" that they didn't know existed.....

I don't understand the need to scold new posters for not knowing the entire history of the forums.

Everyone,  even a new poster, has the opportunity to post a gripe others may have heard before.   There's no forum "rule" forbidding that.

And it certainly isn't unheard of in the world of retail to offer discounted shipping on multiple items or when the total reaches a certain amount.

Absolutely agree! I order during free shipping day only! Prices on qvc have gotten too high as it is. If there was free ship it would really help especially if you are wanting multiple items!

This "Dead Horse" is important..This is the crux of their business model. If you order and they can't deliver in a timely manner. Why spend your money and time here. I'm sorry but this is one major reason I chose to spend my dollars elsewhere.Maybe you're OK with this but many of us are not.

QVC should offer free shipping to compete with amazon and walmart and pretty much everyone else.  At least something like free shipping on all orders over a certain price like all orders over $100 or something.  Or for all purchases made with Qcard.  It is incredibly frustrating if we want to buy multiple products from qvc then there is a shipping charge for each item and it adds up quickly, not to mention it is ridiculous in this day and time.  Give younger viewers an incentive to buy instead of looking elsewhere like temu and tiktok shop, amazon, walmart, etc.  Even unrelated retailers like etsy and chewy and clothing lines offer free shipping with order minimums and incentives.

I know multiple people in my life that simply do not buy items from QVC unless there is free shipping, and even then sometimes they don't because the markdowns go back up on the days free shipping is offered.  It's insane in the day and time.  Right now, there are 9 items I want to buy, and there is NO WAY I'm buying them here with $5.50 shipping on each item added that will probably ship in the same box because they are all the same brand product.  Please care about your customers!

The few names you list are just a grain of salt.  Many places charge way more.  I think people start these posts cuz they want to buy something but don't want to pay S&H squeak squeak.

I shop with a number of retailers. Every retailer I shop with gives me the opportunity to get free shipping. Sometimes with a minimum purchase but it is always available. QVC is the only retailer, I know, that charges a shipping charge on every item.

They almost aways used to offer free shipping on the TSV.  Not now. shipping on anything often turns me of buying so that's good.

The next time they offer Free Shipping I will buy the shoes I want in my wish list. Until then , it is just a wish. The economy is now crushing many people from buying .Food and shelter must come first. Every dollar matters.

I just noticed QVC shipping costs have all gone higher. The shipping for a Dooney handbag was close to S20! This will definitely stop my shopping with QVC.

I actually think @fancylion has made some valid points.  And this is the "Suggestion Box" forum after all, so where better to make them?

I've not gone through with ordering some items, when the S&H (plus tax on it in my state) has added too much to an otherwise reasonable cost.  This happens quite a lot in the "kitchen gadget" area where the S&H for a small item is usually $5.50.  If, for example, the item is on sale for around $10 and I then have to add nearly another $6 for S&H?  I pass until free shipping is offered or don't bother ordering at all.

There's nothing I really need anymore, so it's more a case of want.  I just add things to my wish list.  If they sell out, so be it.

I don't think asking for free shipping, when someone places an order over a certain amount is being unreasonable.
