I am a long time QVC customer and I gave noticed shipping times are getting longer and longer. At one time you could select whether to ship by UPS or USPS. Now you no longer have that option. Now if QVC uses UPS they will drop if at Post Office which can add another 2 days. Furthermore, it seems as if they are taking up to three days to even get the order to the shipping area yet if you try to cancel the order you will get a message telling you it's too late.
I checked their their parent company to see if business was better than usual and they are just having problems processing all the orders. Nope...actually the opposite.
QVC, please see what you can do to speed delivery times up. We are paying full freight shipping while your competitors offer free shipping. If it's free I am prepared to wait. If I am paying for shipping I expect it to move faster. Thank you.

Shipping has changed, and not for the better. I have found my orders sit "In Process" for 3-4 days then the Smart Post at the end takes another 2-3 sitting in the PO for delivery. Though I know the Q has no control over how slowly my PO processes my deliveries. I got lucky this week and something else I ordered elsewhere, was coming UPS and they said they would be in my area already and would deliver my smart post (UPS/USPO) package from the Q! Now that's good service!
On another humorus note, I received a Q order yesterday, delivery was UPS in the morning, around dinner time I received a message from the Q that my order had just shipped when I already received it! lol

I SO agree with both of you!
It's gotten so bad for me that I hesitate to even order here anymore.
Mail Innovations and the UPS/USPS handoff is the worst!

Everyone better be careful ordering Christmas gifts. With the new shipping you might not get in time.

I ordered two pair of pants, same item number; one arrived in 5 days and the other took 16 days. I don't order anything from Q hoping it will arrive by a deadline. If I know I need something for vacation or special event, I buy at a local store.

If you are ordering Christmas gifts I suggest you start now. I predict the same issues with shipping will occur again. QVC is having shipping issues that has not been reslove. I have finish Christmas shopping 90% from my local retail stores.The other 10% online ordering has been received.

Gonna be a repeat; however may help some folks. Just learned from QVC that one of my orders can't be tracked. Ordered two lanterns for gift..UPS delivered one last week..the other UPS/USPS missing. Disappointed that after all the years of ordering from the Q.

I totally agree. Some orders sit there processing for a week and then another week to receive it. That is unacceptable. The Surepost with UPS and then the trasfer to USPS takes days. Not happy anymore

I agree with all. The shipping should be free since you have to wait so long to receive your purchases. I think it's the worse I've experienced from any online shopping. They need to get it worked out and speed the process or make all shipping free. It should never sit in process for 3 or 4 days before being shipped out. Please do something about this issue or I will stop buying from Q.

Also, you now can't cancel an order 1 hour after you placed it......yet it sits in processing for 3-4 days before shipping via pony express.
