Shipping very slow..

QVC needs to be much clearer. "This will take more than a week to arrive" is a true statement you should publish at every order check in. I like QVC fior easy pay but now that PayPal has easy pay I can get the same items from Amazon much faster and pay over time. I think you may lose your competitivre edge if you don't step up.

I rarely have issues with slow shipping from QVC. It's not the one or two day Amazon has but I've had pretty good luck recently.

I do feel QVC needs to offer more free shipping though. Maybe people would be less likely to express disappointment with their shipping delays if it was free.

@RED55 It depends on what you order. I find QVC-shipped items go out very fast. I've recently had clothing ship within 24 hours. Vendor-shipped items may take longer. Some appear to be poorly organized and/or inept.

I'm on the east coast and they've started to bundle my shipments. It can take a week to receive a package because they're sending a few items in one box now.

My order is very clear, showing an estimated delivery date.

It is an incorrect statement you are asking for.

As @Kachina624 , some arrive very fast, some slower.

I have gotten many, many orders delivered in less than a week, some in a couple days.... Some not!

Depends on what warehouse it ships from...so they can't put the statement you are asking for. It would be false.

Besides, it may deter some customers from ordering! Not a good business move.
