Shipping times

I placed a order Aug. 1st and it did not ship until Aug.5th. Why does it take so long to ship? I cancelled 2 other items that did not ship. I think the Q should ask why we cancel orders. Some I just change my mind and other times when the item dosen't ship I decide I don't really need it!

If the item is in a Q warehouse, shipping is pretty fast.

If the item is coming directly from the manufacturer, you are in their hands not Q. You do not know where in the USofA the item is coming from.

That doesn't sound long at all to me. August 1st was a Wednesday.....the 4th, Saturday and the 5th Sunday. Sounds pretty reasonable timing to me.

As @Mz iMac pointed out, there are circumstances involved. You stated you order and then decide later you didn't really need the item or you just changed your mind, yet you expect things to ship immediately --- and then what --- complain because it shipped too quickly and you don't have enough time to cancel?

As of August 7th. it was/is in Illinoils I am in California when do you think I will get it?

I think I agree. I usually get things within a week. When I look at shipping status, or have changed my mind and it still hasn't shipped, oftentimes the cancel link says it's too late to cancel, already processing. I would believe that if it was after a few days, but this happens a LOT, just the next day! So then I have to wait and often don't receive in time for when I wanted it, PLUS was not able to cancel WELL before they actually ship it. I don't like that, considering shipping etc. if I end up wanting to send it back it costs me10 or 12 bucks and I feel like they should'nt block us from cancelling unless it is actually Ini Process.. which it is NOT for 5 days.
