I, too have many times received very poorly packaged items.  Boxes are very cheap cardboard and are taped with the brown paper tape that does not seal well at all.  Many times the boxes come crushed in places and the taped seams are coming apart.  You really need to package products better and in the proper size containers. Some boxes are way too big and the items get slammed around inside without any packing materials and can get damaged.  I realize you lowered your shipping charges on a lot of items but you still need to take some care in packing orders properly. There are other home shopping networks that offer free shipping on so many items (even very large / heavy) products.

All of my orders have shipped in appropriate packaging and in good condition.  No complaints here.
