I placed an order for Isaac Mizrahi lace pants and a pair of Skechers Harmonious on 06/12. Everything was “in process” for days. After a week they were still “in process” but the Skechers had now gone to “back ordered.” They have switched back and forth from “in process” to “back ordered” to “in process” at least 6 times! Today, 07/03, the pants have finally shipped. The Skechers still show “in process” it haven’t shipped. If this was all one order, and the status for all 3 items shows “in process,” why didn’t all three items ship? And if the pants were always “in process,” why did it take 3 weeks for them to ship? This cannot be virus related because other large online retailers manage to ship their products in a timely manner. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at QVC and I’m are considering just how badly I need anything from the Q.

Sorry for the typos - Skechers are “in process” BUT haven’t shipped. And I’m RECONSIDERING just how badly I need anything from the Q.
